When i was little, i always used to sign basic in English Sign Language(ESL)all in my life. Fortunately, some of my hearing friends reccommend me to check out the Gallaudet University on internet. I never heard of it but this University has world's largest deaf and hard of hearing college. one day, im interesting to enroll there and become student. When i was on-campus, i was shocked because i haven't realize that many deaf use their ASL unfortunately, i hasn't learned my ASL yet. The funny things that one deaf guy come toward me using his advance ASL but i was so miscommuniciated and able not understand what he says. lol, Anyways, i finally took a ASL class to learn the basic to moderate. For the next few weeks, i started to improved my ASL skills because i socialize with deaf everyday to help me to understand them. Right now, I am quick learner and finally learning ASL for one year. Its was good experience for me.

Yeah, this site pretty expensive but its good for deaf/HOH dating site though. Since you are new on here, there are many crazy and confusing rules that you couldn't do anything especially if you are a gold member can do everything!
Just email me anytime so we can keep in touch. =)

I never saw that your wrote back in the blog the first time lol that's why I asked if you got this one in the profile comment. Yea man I feel you about not paying to the site, $30 bucks for a month? No thanks haha. The 3 days rule sucks too, it's so hard to communicate with someone on here. I love lil kids, my lil bros are my heart! But yea I do want your contact info so I can hear your story :)

This is a really old blog but I'm not sure how else to contact you since I'm not a gold member but thanks for adding me to your favorites :). My background with ASL was exactly the same as yours, I just use English every day but I've been advancing my sign skills through school. I'm hard of hearing and it happened around the age of 15 so I'm no where near fluent in ASL but definitely want to become fluent. I wish I would have learned of Gallaudet early before I started college because I don't know anyone else who is hearing impaired of deaf and sometimes I really wish I knew someone who understands how I feel. Anyway hopefully you'll get this, looking forward to having a new friend who understands is close to my age.
