I had a hearing male friend who is very nice and cute. We love each other. He would like to have a relationship with me, but unsure because of his hearing culture - talking and hearing. He is very good person, able to learn sign language and likes it, but he worries about missing talking/hearing my voice! Is there anything that can help him to deal with the matter and enable him to enjoy their love life?

I think you should give it a try.....and respect each others need to immerse themselves in either a hearing environment or a deaf environment from time to time...Love is a very beautiful thing and deserves a chance to flourish...if you respect each others 'time out' then I think you may have a chance to grow a beautiful flower that faces to the sun.
