Here I am at Brieghttenbush hot spring, passed Detroit. Today is a beautiful day, not too hot or too cold. The weather is cloudy, few raindrops here. The dams have been filled up, oh my, it is sooo beautiful! So green, the forest is so beautiful! The air is so right and clean. Very refreshing.

Sadly, one hot pool is closed for a session. That was my favorite pool. I went to silence pool instead. I watched 5 flying birds above. I couldn't tell from far distance. They were soaring so high, circling around in the air. Its like its so free around here. The river was rippling along and against the rocks. I couldn't hear due to my hearing aids were taken off. It's not much fun not able to hear the sounds. One exception, I did hear before I go into the hot pool. I stayed in the pool at least 30 minutes, then my heart becomes too fast to beat. I had to step out, and watch the river rippling through its paths, I can imagine what sounds like, crashing against rocks, wind blowing gently as I feel. I feel cool raindrops hit onto my face, so gentle. I could smell the trees and beautiful wild plants around me, I took a deep breaths, inhaled and exhaled as I do my mediations.

I sure miss this earth connection, I took a deep breath under hot pool, but it was kind of crowded in this pool. Grin. Too many people, its difficult to spread my whole body and allow myself to float. I've always want to float but I couldn't. I just wait when people leave for lunch break, so I can stretch my whole body along to relax and to mediate without disruptions. All I need is five minutes to mediate to connect this mother earth.

As I sit on the bench right next to office, getting cold. Lol. I'm wearing pair of short and short sleeves shirt, and thongs for my feet. Everyone is dressing up with pants, long sleeves shirts, jackets on and hats. It's like it's cold for them and I am the only one wear like summer time clothing. I thought that's funny!

Well, I am going to suana for a bit, then dip four tubs down the hill before I go home. I am planning to take photos of scenery on the way home. It is sooooo beautiful, water is just sigh, I wish I could swim! The water current is too strong and cold. This is why people shouldn't be in the deep, strong current to swim otherwise drowned. There were few people drowned in river, even though they think they can swim or the best swimmer, duh no. Beautiful trees everywhere!!! Its like it takes my breath away.

Ahhh, I went to sauna, it was so steaming hot! Wow! I laid on my back, stretched my whole body on the bench, I closed my eyes, and used my breathing methods. (Yoga). I was alone, mediating myself till my heart beat too fast. I replinshed myself with fresh COLD water over my head to cool down my whole body. It helped. After awhile, I stepped outside for fresh air. Wow. Good mediation!

The time wasn't too close so I can go to four tubs, instead I went back to silence pool. Two people had just left, and I was the only one there. The whole pool all by myself! :-) I walked into hot water, looked at lovely river rushing my, feeling the heavy raindrops all over me. At last, I finally float alone in this pool, looking up the sky, feeling cold raindrops hitting onto my face, so peaceful. I can only imagined what was like in stone age time, less clothings with this kind of weather? As I rummaged through my full imaginations, oh yes, I can picture it.

As I float, I felt so connected, felt so belonged to Mother Nature, how much this earth has provide for us! I appreciate every nature what mother nature has provided. I'm very blessed! I looked around, then ducked into natural spring water. I held my breath so long, felt so belonged! Wow. I had stayed there for an hour without disrruption. It was so peaceful which I cannot describe.

The only thing I am missing is companion. I wish I have company to chat or to snuggle in natural hot water with me. I wish someone can have same rituals I do. I wish I have someone who respect mother's nature too.

I am very blessed.
